Zenit is a Gantry evolution CNC, enhanced and designed to process items of large dimensions. It features mechanics from above: standard configuration includes a powerful single electro-spindle 5-axis operating group. The CNC can be completely closed - also during work cycles - thanks to an accordion roof. It’s provided with retractable tool changers and a tool changer can be added. The wide working table is fixed and features a steel structure with rexilon top. Front opening can be manual or automatic. Materials: advanced and composite materials, aluminium, plastic, wood. Nuova macchina CNC a portale mobile ZENIT
Zenit è un’evoluzione della linea Gantry, potenziata e progettata per lavorazioni di grosse dimensioni. La meccanica dall’alto prevede, standard, un gruppo operatore a 5 assi dotato di elettro-mandrino di grossa potenza; il centro di lavoro può lavorare aperto o chiuso grazie alla presenza di soffietti a cielo.
È provvisto di cambi utensili a scomparsa e può essere accessoriato con tool setter. L’ampia tavola portapezzi è fissa e costituita da una struttura in acciaio con piano in rexilon. L’apertura frontale può essere manuale o automatica.
Materiali: alluminio, legno, materiali avanzati e compositi, plastica.
Cambi di applicazione: arredamento, articoli di design, articoli tecnici, automotive, curvati, modelleria e stampi.

Dopo l’edizione 2022 di Xylexpo a Milano-Rho Fiera, torna un nuovo imperdibile evento di settore: dal 15 al 19 Maggio, Hannover diventerà epicentro internazionale per le innovazioni dell’industria del legno. Non sarà soltanto un’occasione per cercare il confronto con gli esperti di mercato, fare networking o concludere affari. Per noi di GREDA, LIGNA 2023 rappresenta anche l’occasione di mostrare in anteprima novità di progettazione e produzione e il perseguimento degli obiettivi instaurati durante Xylexpo.
